UK Orders
- All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail first class
- Large delivery items may be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce and take 2-4 days to arrive.
- We sometimes use recycled Jiffy bags and outer boxes which helps keep postage costs down and helps the planet – but we pack our boxes well to ensure their safe delivery
- We are not responsible for duties or taxes incurred when orders are processed through Channel Islands’ Customs & Excise
Overseas Orders
- All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail Signed services which usually take 3-5 working days to be delivered
- Buyers are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes which may be incurredÂ
